Jacopa constantly strive to standardise as many parts as possible, so they can be in stock ready for fast delivery. For example, the Company originally offered over 20 different derivatives of belt chain for its CF200 screens, each of which had to be made to order. Intensive examination of the numerous made to order designs resulted in a rationalization to just two which are now held in stock ready for configuration to any length required. The result is that chains can now be dispatched to customers within a few days rather than many weeks.

Jacopa's engineers are fully OEM trained to an advanced level and, thanks to this expertise and it's extensive resources, the company can often undertake upgrades and improvements to ensure its equipment is modified to meet the latest specifications. The Company also provide full after-sales support for setting up, testing and commissioning equipment to ensure it is kept operating at its working best including the provision of O&M training for operatives.
